BusinessCare - Proactive Maintenance

AUS IT has developed BusinessCare to ensure that our customers’ investment in their technology is fully utilised and performs at optimum efficiency. It will allow the resources of our customers to focus on their core business and avoid resources being diverted by infrastructure issues.

BusinessCare provides a highly qualified, competent and experienced Systems Engineer to visit the client’s site on a monthly basis. These monthly visits are contracted out at a minimum of four (4) hours per month. BusinessCare is not designed to be a new for old maintenance contract, it is designed to provide site consistency of engineers and to guarantee quality of service. In addition to our engineers being technically trained they also have been educated in “Better Business Practices” to deliver total customer confidence. They are responsible for the well running of their sites and are required to report all inconsistencies to management in a structured escalation process.

Should extra service requests exist on a normal BusinessCare site visit the site engineer will always endeavour to accommodate these requests in the time permitted.

BusinessCare Maintenance will extend the useful life of any IT Solution and deliver confidence and peace of mind computing, allowing customers to get back to what they do best, their own specialty, servicing their own customers and partners.
