Our helpdesk offers you immediate access to technical experts, because some problems just can’t wait. Our helpdesk operates as a first response centre – triage if you like – so you get fast response from qualified engineers when you need it. For less urgent jobs, we can schedule engineering support in time to meet your needs.

We will track your problem in our ticketing system, logging all actions to ensure an even faster response if the issue recurs
AUS IT’s helpdesk operates from 7:30am-5:30pm all business days, available to all our customers nationwide on a pre packaged or per incident basis. AUS IT provides onsite support and consultancy services in the greater Brisbane and Sydney areas, with resources regularly available in Central Queensland and Melbourne.
